My booking went through fine, and the dates were all correct... so that part was good. But one of the room details wasn’t what I had picked online, which was a little frustrating. The staff did fix it, though I had to wait a bit. Not a terrible experience or anything, just annoying when you expect the reservation info to match exactly.
